• access may include dashboard features and community
• access is personal and cannot be shared

5. Payments

Memberships are billed every 3 months or annually, depending on your selection. You agree to:

• provide accurate payment details
• allow recurring billing unless canceled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, course materials, videos, documentation, and other materials made available through the YDSPACE platform are the property of YDSPACE and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use within your selected plan. You may not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any of our content
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• maintaining account security
• all activity under your account

8. Platform Changes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove access if terms are violated.
